Quotes and estimates

Any figure given before we have seen the job is an estimate. A firm price is confirmed in writing once the work has been assessed, and that written quote is what applies. If something is found during the work that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand, such as existing wiring that turns out to be unsafe, we will stop, explain it and agree the cost with you before continuing.

Payment terms, deposits where they apply, and anything specific to your job are set out in your written quote.

Our work

All installation work is carried out in accordance with BS 7671 and is tested and certified. Where work is notifiable under Part P of the Building Regulations, we notify it through our NICEIC registration.

We are not responsible for the condition of parts of an installation we have not worked on or been asked to inspect, or for materials supplied by you or by a third party.
